On the heels of launching its latest online slot, Yggdrasil Gaming has partnered with Casino Davos in a distribution deal that will see its games portfolio go live with the Swiss operator’s popular digital brand, Casino777.ch.
The alliance will enable the online casino’s network of players in Switzerland to access the provider’s best-in-class games portfolio of titles, which feature the firm’s innovative and high-performing mechanical frameworks Splitz, Multimax, Gigarise and Gigablox.
Regulated market expansion:
An operator of land-based casinos in the Central European country, Casino Davos expanded its business to the online vertical via its Casino777 iGaming brand following new regulation, which permits only brick-and-mortars to secure licenses, coming into effect from July 1, 2019.
Online casino manager for Casino777.ch. Léonard Huguenin lauded Yggdrasil as a “market-leading slot supplier” with a library of renowned titles that “stand the test of time,” as well as “new and thrilling games that never fail to impress.”
Enabling certifications:
He added that they are…
“delighted to soon be able to offer their best-in-class games portfolio to our entire network of players, and we look forward to a very successful long-term collaboration.”
According to Yggdrasil, the collaboration is “an important step” in its continuing effort to expand in regulated markets globally, with the company’s latest partnership deal made possible by its October 2020 ISO/ IEC 27001 accreditation, which is used as a “regulation benchmark” in the European country.
Well-established partner:
Also commenting on the new alliance, Chief of Global Market Operations for Yggdrasil, Björn Krantz said in the company presser they are “very proud” to partner with Casino Davos, “one of the market leaders and most reputable operators in Switzerland.”
The exec went on to explain the significance of the deal, stating in Wednesday’s company presser that the agreement with Casino Davos marks yet another “milestone achievement” and demonstrates their organizational strength to deliver on their business strategy and their commitment to growing their footprint into “high value regulated markets in close collaboration with the most prominent and well-established local partners.”
Krantz noted that “both parties are working closely together on the integration and the planning for a successful launch to take place soon.”
